Founder

Before this job, international finance. Years operating in highly demanding environments where performance was visible and domestic cost invisible.

It was this trajectory — and what it cost me — that led me to behavioral psychology. Not as a career change. As a necessity.

I work with ACT, REBT, and EFIT. My approach is informed by depth psychology as an entry point — not as a destination.

Engineer by training. MBA in Leadership. Author of a reference book on leadership. Volunteer firefighter. Diving instructor.
